Check-In, Check-Out & Reservation Policy

● The standard Check-In Time is 10:30 AM, and the standard Check-Out Time is 10:30 AM.
● Early check-in and late check-out may be provided strictly subject to room availability and will incur applicable additional charges.
● Non-guaranteed reservations are liable to be released 21 days prior to the intended date of arrival without further notice.
● In the event of an early departure, the entire night’s retention charges will be applicable as per the confirmed and agreed room nights.
● All rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates are dynamic and may change without prior intimation.

Early Check-In Policy

● All arrivals prior to 10:30 AM will be billed from the previous night.

Late Check-Out Policy

● Check-outs beyond the standard check-out time, including any time after 11:00 AM, will be charged as a full night stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

● Reservations must be cancelled on or before 9:00 AM (IST), 21 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival, to avoid cancellation charges.
● Any cancellation made after this deadline, as well as in the case of a no-show, will incur a penalty equal to the entire stay charges plus applicable taxes and fees.
● Bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of 100% advance payment.
● No rooms will be blocked or held without confirmed payment.
● All room allocations are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Dispute Resolution & Limitation of Liability

1. Informal Resolution

At Lhasa Ayurveda & Wellness Resort, our goal is to provide an exceptional experience when you access our website or book our services. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of our website, bookings, terms and conditions, privacy practices, or any related services (“Claim”), you agree to first provide us with an opportunity to resolve the matter informally. You must submit your Claim in writing via email to our official contact email address listed on the website before initiating any other legal or formal proceedings. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute fairly, promptly, and efficiently. If the Claim is not resolved within sixty (60) calendar days from the date we receive your written notice, you may seek appropriate legal remedy. Any such disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Trivandrum, Kerala, India, and no other jurisdiction.

2. Use of Website and Services

Your use of this website and our services is at your sole risk. All services, content, and materials provided through the website are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lhasa Ayurveda & Wellness
Resort shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive,
consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

•  Your use of or inability to use the website or services
• Any booking or transaction made through the website
• Any interruption, delay, or error in service
• Loss of profits, goodwill, data, use, or other intangible losses

By using our website and services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Declaration of Charges

By confirming a booking with Lhasa Ayurveda & Wellness Resort, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the following declaration of charges:

• All room tariffs, wellness packages, treatments, and additional services are chargeable as per the rates confirmed at the time of booking.
• The applicable charges are calculated on a per room, per day basis, unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation.
• Any additional services availed during the stay, including but not limited to spa treatments, special therapies, transportation, meals, or other facility usage, will be charged separately and must be settled at the time of check-out.
• All applicable government taxes, service charges, and statutory levies will be charged as per prevailing regulations.
• Advance payments, if required, must be made within the stipulated time to secure the reservation. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
• In case of any damages caused to resort property by the guest or accompanying visitors, the cost of repair or replacement will be charged accordingly.

By proceeding with the reservation and/or availing services, the guest confirms acceptance of the above charges and agrees to settle all outstanding dues before departure.
