Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Lhasa Ayurveda & Wellness Resort. We strive to provide our guests with an exceptional, rejuvenating experience in harmonized nature. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking Confirmation & Advance Payments

• All bookings will be confirmed only upon the receipt of 100% advance payment.
• No rooms or treatment packages will be blocked or held without a confirmed payment.
• All room allocations and treatment slots are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. However, as our wellness packages and accommodations require extensive prior preparation, our cancellation terms are strictly enforced:

• Full Refund / No Cancellation Charges: Reservations must be cancelled on or before 9:00 AM (IST), 21 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival to avoid any cancellation charges.
• No Refund / Full Retention: Any cancellation made after the 21-day deadline will incur a penalty equal to the entire stay charges plus applicable taxes and fees.
• No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, there will be no refund, and 100% of the booking amount will be forfeited.

3. Early Departures & Late Check-Ins

• Early Departures: In the event of an early departure, the entire night’s retention charges will be applicable as per your originally confirmed and agreed room nights. No refunds will be issued for unused days or treatments.
• Late Check-Outs / Early Check-Ins: Check-outs beyond the standard time (10:30 AM), including any time after 11:00 AM, will be charged as a full night’s stay. All arrivals prior to 10:30 AM will be billed from the previous night.

4. Refund Processing

• For eligible cancellations made strictly 21 days prior to the arrival date (before 9:00 AM IST), refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.
• Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.
• Bank charges, payment gateway fees, or currency conversion charges (if any) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount.

5. Force Majeure

Lhasa Ayurveda & Wellness Resort reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations in cases of unforeseen circumstances outside of our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics). In such unique cases, we typically offer guests the option to postpone their stay and receive a credit note valid for a future booking, subject to management’s discretion.
