Yoga
(On Request)
A holistic healing experience is not possible without including the art of yoga in your routine. The word “Yoga” means to unite or harmonize. A yogic approach essentially involves integrating or harmonising your body, mind, consciousness and senses. It cannot focus on the physical body alone. Yoga compliments the science of ayurveda and provides relief from physical and mental stress. Lhasa Kerala has a dedicated space for you to clear the clutter in your mind and experience yoga in a natural setting that amplifies the experience ten fold.
Variety Of Fauna
The Kochi backwaters are a paradise for birdwatchers, hosting a diverse range of resident and migratory birds. Among the most commonly spotted species are kingfishers, including the vibrant white-throated and pied kingfishers, which can be seen diving into the waters for fish. The backwaters are also home to herons, egrets, and cormorants that gracefully wade through the shallows. Brahminy kites soar overhead, while Indian darters, or “snake birds,” can be seen drying their wings on branches. During the migratory season, visitors may also spot flamingos, terns, and different species of ducks, making the region a hotspot for avian biodiversity.
Variety Of Flora
Lhasa is home to a lush, well-kept garden featuring a rich variety of fruit trees, medicinal plants, herbs, and spices. Fruit trees include custard apple, starfruit, jackfruit, pomelo, chikoo, papaya, rose apple, guava, pomegranate, and four varieties of mango. You’ll also find spice trees like black pepper, cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg, alongside medicinal plants like neem, tulsi, moringa, and curry leaf. The riverside is lined with coconut, arecanut, bamboo, and coffee trees, while vibrant blooms like jasmine, hibiscus, champaka, and pichi poo add bursts of colour
